Avion Express provides top-level short and long-term aircraft wet-leasing (ACMI) solutions and also offers its clients aircraft on a charter basis. The company operates an Airbus A320 family aircraft fleet.

Avion Express is looking for ambitious professionals to support the company's matters and further development of the company. The position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

ARE YOU READY TO?

• Collect and analyze financial data
• Review and improve financial accounting and financial reporting processes
• Participate in the budgeting process
• Participate in the annual and interim audit process
• Prepare financial statements
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports for management and third parties
• Ensure compliance and policy adherence (both external and internal)
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with other departments to support financial decision making
• Perform variance analysis of financial data
• Oversee and control transfer pricing policy
• Control tax compliance

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Analytical skills.
• Experience in financial accounting and audit processes.
• Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word).
• At least 2 years of experience in role related with finances, accounting, business analysis or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
